1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility to Use PX777

To register for and use PX777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active PX777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different personal details, or through another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. PX777 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, PX777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances held in those accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during PX777 registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PX777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. PX777 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your PX777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PX777 customer support immediately at support@px777.biz.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

PX777 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within three months); and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. PX777 may impose temporary withdrawal restrictions on accounts where KYC verification has not been completed. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect both members and the platform.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

PX777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances displayed in your PX777 account are denominated in PKR. PX777 does not apply currency conversion charges or exchange rate markups to any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

5.1 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed by PX777 within two hours of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high platform activity or outside standard operating hours may take longer to process. PX777 aims to ensure that no standard withdrawal request remains unprocessed for more than 24 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all PX777 withdrawal requests:

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between PX777 accounts or converted to cash prior to the completion of the applicable wagering requirements.
• PX777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• If there is evidence that a member has registered specifically to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, coordinating with other members to exploit a promotion, or hedging bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome — PX777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your PX777 wallet. Real money funds are always used first when placing bets unless specific bonus funds have been activated.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on PX777 are subject to the general betting rules published in this section and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the PX777 platform. Where a conflict exists between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted by PX777 only when a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed in your PX777 bet history. PX777 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted in error — including bets placed at odds that do not reflect the true market price due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's PX777 wallet.

7.2 Bet Settlement

PX777 settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing bodies or data providers. PX777's decision on settlement is final once confirmed. In the event of result corrections by the relevant governing body after initial settlement, PX777 will re-settle affected bets as soon as practicable. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result is determined, PX777's settlement procedure is as follows:

• Pre-match bets on an event that is postponed before kick-off will be voided and stakes returned.
• Pre-match bets on an event that is abandoned after commencement will be settled according to the sport-specific rules published on PX777 — which for most sports require at least 90 minutes of play for match result bets to stand.
• Live in-play bets placed before an event was abandoned will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific in-play market was already determined at the time of abandonment.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

PX777 imposes maximum winnings limits per bet and per day for certain market categories. These limits are published within the sports betting section of the platform and may vary by sport, competition, and market type. Maximum winnings limits apply to net winnings (winnings minus stake). Where a winning bet would generate a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum amount and the proportional excess is not paid.

8Game Rules and Fairness

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PX777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one PX777 account, or registering using false, stolen, or fabricated personal information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the PX777 platform in any way that is not a direct result of real-time human decision-making.
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed errors, or pricing errors in betting markets. Members who become aware of any such errors must report them to PX777 support immediately and must not attempt to profit from them.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members to guarantee a positive outcome on any PX777 game or bet.
• Using the PX777 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any element of the PX777 platform or its content without explicit written permission from PX777.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward PX777 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18 years of age) to access or use your PX777 account.

10Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

PX777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the member's PX777 account.
• Account activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the PX777 platform or other members.
• Regulatory or legal requirement necessitating restriction or closure.

Where a PX777 account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a PX777 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PX777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit balances found to be the result of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Members may close their own PX777 account at any time by contacting PX777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after all pending bets are settled.

11Responsible Gaming

PX777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. PX777 recognises that for a small minority of players, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to all PX777 members to help manage their gaming activity:

• Any decision made in reliance on information published on PX777 that subsequently proves inaccurate due to data feed errors or typographical mistakes.

In all circumstances, PX777's aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their PX777 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

PX777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. Where an amendment materially alters your rights or obligations as a PX777 member, PX777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your PX777 account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of PX777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. PX777 will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which are available on request.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your PX777 account, or any transaction conducted through PX777 shall first be subject to PX777's internal complaints and dispute resolution procedure, as follows:

• You must first submit a written complaint to PX777 customer support at support@px777.biz, setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking.
• PX777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with PX777's response, you may escalate the matter in writing within 30 days of receiving PX777's response.
• PX777 will issue a final decision on any escalated complaint within 15 business days of receiving the escalation.

PX777's internal dispute resolution process is the required first step before any other legal remedy is pursued. PX777 aims to resolve all member complaints fairly, transparently, and promptly.
